Final grades for the course

Here is the grade information for Contracts section 2.   The grades are based primarily on the final exam, but I did raise a number of grades based on superior memo performance and contributions to class discussion, as promised.

* Under the official 1L curve, there is no requirement to award any grades below B-, but the teacher has discretion to do so in appropriate cases. Similarly, the teacher has discretion to award at most one A+.
