High-Speed Ethernet

Networking > High-Speed Ethernet

High-speed network access is available in 65 campus buildings, most University Apartment Housing (UAH), and from remote locations via dedicated high-speed links. CUIT designs and manages the fiber-optic based network on the Morningside Heights campus.

Getting Connected


You can get connected from residence halls, apartments, and offices using the following connection guides. Please note that you are required to have a computer that meets our support specifications.
You are not required to register to get connected via high-speed Ethernet on the Morningside Campus. However, if you need to have a static IP address, you may request one using our registration form.
