The AcIS labs have the following research-related
software: STATA, SAS, MatLab, Mathematica, ArcGIS, and the most recent
version of SPSS. Stat/Transfer, a file-format conversion application,
is available at the Electronic Data Service lab (EDS) in 215 Lehman
Library.
EDS provides limited consulting for programming in STATA,
SAS, SPSS. This does not include statistical consulting. EDS also
provides help in the use of ArcGIS and MapInfo. Please send email to
eds@columbia.edu for help or a consultation appointment.
Research-related software on the CUNIX Cluster includes
STATA, Splus, SAS, Matlab, Mathematica, and SPSS (version 6 for batch
use only). Stat/Transfer, is also available (type "st" at the cunix
prompt). All CUNIX Cluster research resources are accessible using
your ordinary CUNIX email account.
