106B Lewisohn: A Collaborative Classroom

Room Picture

Located on the same floor as the Humanities Media Center, 106B Lewisohn is a small (30x15) hands-on electronic classroom seating 14-16 students. This collaborative classroom is used primarily for language, music and film classes. All instructor equipment is enclosed in a rolling wood cabinet, providing limited flexibility in how the equipment is positioned.

Instructor's Electronic Podium

The equipment available to the instructor includes a ceiling-mounted Eiki Data projector which can accept RGB and video inputs. Video is displayed on a screen at the front of the room. The podium contains the various electronic resources available to the instructor. These include a Mac G4, a VCR, and a DVD player (that doubles as a CD player).
