CUIT can provide you with an array of phone options, including multi-line phones with or without a display, from RolmPhone, digital Centrex and AT&T. Your desktop phone package includes a Columbia 5-digit extension whether you're on or off-campus, unlimited calling to all other Columbia phones and a variety of features. We offer many phone services including call processing, conferencing and broadcast message services. Our most popular services are listed below.

Multi-line Phone with Voice Mail

This option includes a multi-line Desktop Telephone with a package of features including a 20 message voice mailbox, call-forwarding, conferencing, call-transferring and a two-way speaker.

Initial installation cost on an existing phone jack: $200 or
Initial installation cost including a new phone jack: $350
On-going cost per individual: $36/mo

Multi-line Phone with Display and Voice Mail

This option includes everything in the standard multi-line phone package plus a phone with an LCD screen for caller-id.

On-going cost per individual: $39/mo

Changes in Service

CUIT will make whatever modifications you require to your phone service including: replacing your phone with a different model, upgrading (or downgrading) the number of messages in your incoming mailbox, adding additional lines, and the removal of a line from a multi-line phone.

One-time cost: $85

There is no charge for a phone disconnect, provided you return your phone to CUIT.
