This database consist of the following componets
National accounts at a glance (starting 1970)
This dataset contains
indicators on gross domestic product, income, expenditure, production,
general government and capital. Data are internationally comparable by
following the System of National Accounts 1993 (SNA 1993). Data are
expressed in different measures.
Aggregate National Accounts (starting in (starting in 1955)
This database includes data on gross domestic product (GDP), disposable
income and net lending/borrowing, population and employment by main
activity. Data are internationally comparable by following the System of
National Accounts 1993 (SNA 1993).
Financial Accounts (starting in (starting in 1955)
This database includes consolidated and non-consolidated financial
accounts flows by type of financial instruments, the financial
transactions between institutional sectors.
Financial Balance Sheets (starting in (starting in 1955)
This dataset includes consolidated and non-consolidated financial balance
sheet stocks of financial assets and liabilities by institutional sectors.
General Government Accounts (starting in (starting in 1955)
This database includes annual data on general government account main
aggregates, taxes and social contributions, government expenditure by
function and Maastricht debt. Data are internationally comparable by
following the System of National Accounts 1993 (SNA 1993).
Quarterly National Accounts (starting in (starting in 1947)
This dataset includes a wide selection of quarterly seasonally adjusted
series most widely used for economic analysis. It also contains three
approaches of the GDP in quarterly levels: expenditure based, output based
and income based. Data are internationally comparable by following the
System of National Accounts 1993 (SNA 1993). Data are expressed in
millions of national currency, millions of US dollars and other measures.
Central Government Debt (starting in (starting in 1980)
This dataset includes marketable and non-marketable central government
debt instruments broken down by flows and stocks. Data are expressed in
million of national currency, millions of US dollars, number of years and
percentage.
Purchasing Power Parity (PPP) 2005
This dataset contains the main results of the PPP 2005 comparison for the
46 countries that participated in the 2005 round of the Eurostat-OECD
Purchasing Power Parity (PPP) Programme and for the 10 countries that
participated in the CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) Comparison
Programme for 2005.
Non-member Economies (starting in (starting in 1960)
This dataset includes quarterly national accounts on gross domestic
product (GDP), final consumption expenditure, gross fixed capital
formation and exports/imports of goods and services. Data are expressed in
billions of national currency at current prices.
