My new phone is not working, what do I do?


If you have:

  • a broken phone
  • no dial tone
  • a non-working telephone
  • a problem with telephone cords
  • a problem with receiver
Call the CUIT Client Service Desk at 212-854-1919. Before calling for repair, be sure your phone is plugged into the "voice" side of the Rolm two-sided or four-sided jack, not the standard telephone jack that may be in your room.
