In CubMail, how do I select all the messages in my inbox when I can only select one page at a time?

You should change your display options so that one page is a larger number than the default. Go to Options -> Mailbox and Folder Display Options and increase the number of "Messages per page in the mailbox view." to the total number of messages in your inbox. Then, return to the inbox and Select All messages.
