How do I set up an email distribution list in CubMail?
- First, you must add each person individually to your CubMail
addressbook
- After you have added each person individually, click the Browse button on top.
- From the list of all your contacts, check all the contacts that you want to add to your new list (The checkbox is (unintuitively) underneath the Delete link).
- Now, click the selection box that says to a Contact List and choose My Address Book. Then click the Add button next to it.
- A pop-up box will prompt you for the name of the new list. Enter a name, and click OK.
- Click the CubMail button at the top to exit the Address Book.
To compose a message for a list
- Click the Compose button at the top.
- Click on the Address Book link in the Options section.
- Highlight your list on the left and click either [To >>] or [Bcc >>] (if you don't want anyone on the list to see everyone else's email addresses).
- Click OK.
- Compose the rest of your message, and then click Send Message at the bottom.
