How do I set up an email distribution list in CubMail?


  1. First, you must add each person individually to your CubMail addressbook
  2. After you have added each person individually, click the Browse button on top.
  3. From the list of all your contacts, check all the contacts that you want to add to your new list (The checkbox is (unintuitively) underneath the Delete link).
  4. Now, click the selection box that says to a Contact List and choose My Address Book. Then click the Add button next to it.
  5. A pop-up box will prompt you for the name of the new list. Enter a name, and click OK.
  6. Click the CubMail button at the top to exit the Address Book.
To compose a message for a list
  1. Click the Compose button at the top.
  2. Click on the Address Book link in the Options section.
  3. Highlight your list on the left and click either [To >>] or [Bcc >>] (if you don't want anyone on the list to see everyone else's email addresses).
  4. Click OK.
  5. Compose the rest of your message, and then click Send Message at the bottom.
