Option A (MUST be done)

1. Select the Options button on the CubMail menu bar
2. Choose Message Viewing
3. Place a check mark next to the 'Shared folders enabled' option
4. Click the Save Options button

Option B (ONLY do if the following applies)

1. Select the Options button on the CubMail menu bar
2. Choose Server Information

If 'Use IMAP folder subscriptions' is NOT checked, your configuration is complete and your shared folders will automatically appear.

If 'Use IMAP folder subscriptions' IS checked, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Folders button on the CubMail menu bar.
2. Click on 'Show Unsubscribed' on the right of the screen.
3. Click the plus symbol next to '#shared' - a list will appear.
4. Confirm there is a check mark next to the desired shared folder name.
5. If not, place a check mark next to it.
6. On the Choose Action pull-down menu, select 'Subscribe to Folder(s)'.
