The courses I am teaching are NOT in my list on the MyCourses page.
- CourseWorks gets basic course information such as instructor name, room and meeting time from the Directory of Classes. Once the Directory is updated overnight, it can take a day or two for the information to flow into CourseWorks.
- You must be listed as the instructor in the Directory of Classes. Your Departmental Administrator can do this necessary part of the process.
- If you are listed in the Directory as instructor for more than a day or two and your course still does not appear in your list on CourseWorks, have your Departmental Administrator check to see that the personal information for you in Student Information Systems matches what is in Human Resources. If a correction is made to one or both of these systems, it will take a day or two to be reflected in CourseWorks.
