Call the CUIT Client Support Desk at 1-212-854-1919 requesting a password reset for this type of account. After verifying the caller your password will be reset by a phone technician. You will then be able to set a new password by visiting: http://outlook.cuit.columbia.edu At that site you will need to click on, "Reset Your Password", and fill out the form shown to set a new password.
