To export your address book from CubMail, go to the Address Book tab and then:

1. Click on Import/Export at the top.
2. In the Export Address Book section, choose a format and address book to export. You are given a choice between a "comma delimited" file and a "tab delimited" file. These are two standard types of export files, but they do not preserve anything but the data. When you try to import these file types into another email program, you may need to define which "commas" or "tabs" go with which destination field in the address book you are trying to import to.
3. Click the Export button.
4. Follow the dialog boxes that pop-up to save the file to your computer.
