Why do I get a 'Login error' when I try to log in to CourseWorks?


CourseWorks displays 'Login error' when it does not recognize your username and/or password. Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Try logging in again. Make sure there's no "@columbia.edu" in the username field and that CAPSLOCK is not enabled.
  2. If you changed your password recently, make sure your web browser has not saved the old password.
