My iPhone has stopped receiving and sending e-mail. What should I do?


  1. Have you changed your UNI or Alpha/Exchange password recently? If so, click Settings, Mail, and then your account. Update your password in the appropriate field and click Mail to save the settings.
  2. Try power cycling your iPhone by holding down the Sleep/Wake button at the top right of your iPhone until the red slider appears on the screen.
  3. Slide the red slider across the screen to power off.
  4. Once the iPhone has turned off hold down the Sleep/Wake button until you see the Apple logo on the screen. Try receiving mail again.
