My iPhone has stopped receiving and sending e-mail. What should I do?
- Have you changed your UNI or Alpha/Exchange password recently? If so, click Settings, Mail, and then your account. Update your password in the appropriate field and click Mail to save the settings.
- Try power cycling your iPhone by holding down the Sleep/Wake button at the top right of your iPhone until the red slider appears on the screen.
- Slide the red slider across the screen to power off.
- Once the iPhone has turned off hold down the Sleep/Wake button until you see the Apple logo on the screen. Try receiving mail again.
