What should I do if my iPhone or iPod Touch won't connect to the Columbia University WiFi network?


If you are having problems connecting to wireless access points in use at Columbia University from your iPhone or iPod Touch verify what version of device software you are using. Tap Settings, General, About and look for the Version number. If you are running software prior to version 2.0 you should upgrade to the latest software release to resolve this problem; this is done by connecting to iTunes.
