TA Account Application

TA accounts are intended for TAs assisting with classes that use AcIS computer systems. TA accounts are valid only for the semester in which the course is given. They give access to AcIS labs, unlimited connect time and 80MB of disk storage on the CUNIX Cluster, and a weekly print quota of 100 pages (Morningside campus only). The course instructor's approval is required before a TA account can be established. TA accounts cannot be requested via e-mail since they require the instructor's signature. You should print a copy of this form and submit it to the AcIS Computing Support Center, 202 Philosophy Hall.
