The ColumbiaNet Stations are running Linux with Xorg and Window Maker. The web browser includes support for viewing the following languages: Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Cyrillic, Hebrew, Arabic, Greek, Vietnamese, Thai. ColumbiaNets can be easily customized for specific locations, e.g, your department would like to use a different homepage or button. Email cnet-dev@columbia.edu for more information.
