OnBase Document Management

OnBase is a document imaging solution that integrates with AP/CAR to allow you to send invoices to Accounts Payable electronically, view invoices and other documents online, and receive email notification of status changes and aging history.

Download and Installation

Note: In order to use OnBase, you will need to have Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 6.0 or higher).

Employees whose PCs are administered by their department should speak to their departmental desktop administrator before attempting to install OnBase.

  1. Configure Internet Explorer to enable OnBase using these instructions.
  2. Download the installer (required UNI login):
     Web ActiveX Installer for Windows (10MB)
  3. Save the installer to your hard drive, and make a note of the folder that you saved it in.
  4. Run the installer.
