OnBase Document Management
OnBase is a document imaging solution
proividing solutions for various schools and departments throughout
the University. It is used to store, track and process electronic
documents, as well as to enhance workflow processes in order to
increase operational efficencies. OnBase is designed to complement
existing business applications such as AP/Car, SIS, PeopleSoft and
PowerFAIDS. OnBase can be accessed via database and web (thin and
java) clients.
Access to the web client requires software for either the thin (ActiveX) -
Internet Explorer based browser or Java - Firefox based browser versions.
Employees whose PCs are administered by their department should speak to
their departmental desktop administrator before attempting to install
OnBase.
Note: In order to use OnBase, you will need to have Microsoft
Internet Explorer (version 6.0 SP1 or higher).
