3270 Terminal
 3270 Terminal is the type of connection that is used to access Columbia mainframe systems. This software is only necessary at Columbia if you access mainframes as part of your job.
(Current faculty, staff, and students of Columbia University and its affiliates are eligible to download.)
- Download the installer (required UNI login):
- Save the installer to your hard drive, and make a note of the folder that you saved it in.
- Run the installer.
- Follow the instructions that were given to you during mainframe training.
- To upgrade, simply reinstall the program by following the download and installation instructions above.
