I'm not seeing one of the tabs that I am authorized to see.
- In myColumbia, I'm not seeing one of the tabs that I am authorized to see. Why is that?
  
  After you log into myColumbia, look for a link that says "Faculty and Staff." It's just below the big "myColumbia" logo at the top of the page. If you don't see a tab for an application you know you are authorized to use, you will need to send us a report.

Why don't I see the same layout as my colleague?

  myColumbia creates a customized layout for you with content and services based on your roles at the University. For instance, all faculty and staff will be able to click on the People @ Columbia Self Service channel link and view and print their pay stubs. But only authorized administrators will see the Data Warehouse Reporting application or FinSys, the web version of FFE.

How do I log in to the myColumbia Portal with my Columbia UNI?
- How do I log in to the myColumbia Portal with my Columbia UNI?
  
  Click on the link "Log in with your Columbia UNI". The Portal Log In screen will appear. Type in your Columbia UNI and password and click on the "Log In" button. (If you are asked if you want your password to be saved so you don't have to type it in again, choose "No".) You will see a welcome greeting in the upper left-hand corner. Now you can begin using myColumbia. You will see a welcome greeting with your name in the upper left-hand corner.

  You will get this message if you log in by clicking on "non-affiliate ID". As directed, go back to the home page and log in again. Be sure to click on "Columbia UNI".

  This means that you are still not logged in to myColumbia. Make sure that cookies are enabled in your browser.

  Single sign-on lets you log in using your University UNI and password to access several secured applications without having to log in again to each one. Note that not all myColumbia applications use single sign-on.

  For performance and security reasons, if you don't do anything in myColumbia page for an hour or more, you will be automatically logged out. You will need to log in again.
