Please be aware that rates are subject to constant market and regulatory changes and that some of these numbers may change. There are no monthly minimums, surcharges, or taxes. Residence rooms are equipped with RolmPhones. Incoming calls can always be received. You are only charged for the off-campus calls you make. Back to Top Local Rates Local calls are defined as calls made to the 212, 646, 718, 917, 347 area codes in the five New York City boroughs: Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island. Local calls are billed at Verizon rates minus the taxes and surcharges. (Verizon is the carrier for local and regional calls.) Note: the rates below represent a per-call charge, no matter how long you talk. Per Call Mon - Fri Saturday Sunday 11¢ 8am-9pm     07¢ 9pm-11pm   5pm-11pm 04¢ 11pm-8am all day (12am-12pm) till 5pm (12am-5pm) Back to Top Regional Rates Regional calls are defined as calls made to all of the 516 and 631 area codes as well as most of the 914 area code. Regional calls are 6 cents per minute, at all times. Back to Top Domestic Long Distance Rates All domestic long distance calls are 8 cents per minute, at all times. Or you can chose the Optional Calling Plan at 6 cents per minute, with a monthly fee of $4.95. (Long distance calls within New York State are 7 cents.) To sign up, go to the ACUS web site and click on "Your Account". After entering your account number and and PSC, the Account menu will appear. Choose Calling Plan.
