FDR/Harlem River Drive North Bound:
Exit 135th Street. Proceed West Bound, straight to third traffic light at Lenox Avenue and 135th Street. Make right turn on to Lenox Avenue and Hospital campus.

Harlem River Drive South Bound:
Exit on 142nd Street. Proceed South bound, straight on Fifth Avenue to fourth light at 135th Street and 5th Avenue. Make right turn on to 135th Street. Go to first traffic light at Lenox Avenue. Make right turn on to Lenox Avenue and Hospital campus.

Triboro Bridge West Bound:
Manhattan bound 125th Street exit. Proceed West bound straight on 125th Street (Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard) to ninth traffic light at Lenox Avenue. Proceed North bound to 135th Street and Lenox Avenue and the Hospital campus.

Major Deegan Expressway Southbound:
Manhattan bound to 138th Street exit. Turn right on to the Madison Avenue Bridge. Make a left turn on to Fifth Avenue and a right turn at 135th Street. Proceed west to Lenox Avenue.

Bruckner Expressway:
Manhattan bound Major Deegan north to 138th Street exit. Make a left on to Madison Avenue Bridge. Make a left turn on to Fifth Avenue and a right turn at the 135th Street. Proceed west to Lenox Avenue.
