I.  Announcements
     -Timeline Reminder
      Appeals deadline:  Feb. 25
      Initial Allocation Deadline:  Mar. 25
     -Chaplan's fund is now availabel at Earl Hall
     -President and Provost Fund will be available again this semester (for new
      initiatives)
     -Publication and Competition Committee Update:  currently members are trying to collect
      research from publication and competition groups at other Ivy league schools to 
      compare sources and amounts of money.
