I.  Derecognition
    -PAST:  attempted to contact a member of their group but was unsuccessful.
     motion to derecognize:  Y: 14    N: 0    A: 0

II. Update on Competition Groups/Publication Committee
    -still conducting research from other schools.  Will have a rough draft plan by Sunday.
    -The final proposal will be ready in approximately 3 weeks.

III. Appeals
     -Mock Trial:  the math was wrong in our last appeal of $1080-from our decision they 
                   should have been granted $1380.  
      motion to add additional $300:  Y: 12    N: 2   A: 0
     -Mock Trial:  appeal for Princeton, Rochester, Iowa-appeal was cut in order to fund
                   one team going to nationals.
      motion for $1535.    Y: 13   N: 1   A: 1

IV.  Discussion has begun to attempt to revise the current new group recognition policy.
