Absent:  Stella, Peter

Announcements:
     -Need a new Representative because Po is going abroad-send applications to 
      abc-exec@columbia.edu if interested.
     -Timeline:
         -Appeals rolling this semester but final date of acceptance is February 25.
         -Initial Allocation packets due March 25.  All late will receive monetary
          penalty.
     -ABC has set up a committee, headed by VP Raja, to propose to University Administration
      with plan to ask for added funds for competition groups and publications.  Fist 
      meeting of this committee is Feb. 25 at 1 pm.
