I.  Annoucements
    -Fundraising Workshop scheduled for Nov. 12th at 7pm in
     Broadway Lounge
    -Call in ISO for discussion about standing in ABC
    -Set deadline for accepting Appeals and New Recognition
     packets - 11/21/01 for first semester.
    -Set cap for amount of appeals money each semeser:
             1st Sem. - $10,000.00
             2nd Sem. - $15,000.00
