Construction and Alterations to Physical Space, Approvals (9.04 )

All requisitions for construction, renovation or alteration to physical space at the university require the review and prior written approval of Facilities Management's Office of Design and Construction or the Office of Institutional Real Estate on the Morningside campus or the Office of Facilities, Medical Center Division on the Medical Center campus.

Detailed specifications, drawings and/or blue prints, if appropriate, should accompany the Purchase Requisition. Requisitions submitted to the Purchasing Office without the prior written approval of Facilities will not be processed. Additionally all procurement activity related to Construction and Alterations to Physical Space purchasing related activities must be performed in accordance with Appendix 11, Policies and Procedures for Vendor Qualification and Purchasing of Facilities Services.
