Pierre Albouy
started his career at Paribas before joining Bankers Trust
as an associate in 1992. He was a Principal
in the Corporate Finance Group at BT. Alex Brown in New York
before joining Rothschild in 1998.
During
his 7-year tenure at Rothschild, Pierre Albouy has worked
on a wide
range of M&A transactions, most recently
GlaxoSmithKline’s
(“GSK”) purchase of ID Biomedical, the sale of
Swissport International to Grupo Ferrovial, and MedInstill’s
sale of its filling technologies to GSK and to Nestlé.
Other deals include the acquisition of Ebel by Movado Group,
the purchase of World Flight Services by Vinci, and the acquisition
of Orangina by Cadbury Schweppes.
Pierre Albouy
is a graduate from Sciences Po and from Harvard Business
School. He also holds a J.D. from the University
of Paris.
