December 5 - Take Action on Bhopal Now!
We have recently been impassioned over a matter of Andrew Liveris, CEO of Dow Chemical, being honored as a global citizen for Dow's work with the UN's Millennium Goals. While these are certainly positive gains, we feel strongly that the unresolved issue of the Bhopal chemical disaster of 1984 and Dow's continued disavowal of the issue reeks of injustice. As such, we will be conducting a protest. Photos here

Two days of discussion on United States sponsored torture from
multicultural and multi-philosophical perspectives.

Note: This event does not actually take place in a town hall, it is in Davis Auditorium, Schapiro Hall (behind Uris, NOT the residential hall) from 6pm until whenever it ends.
