Registration is
$100 for those in full time employment and $50 for part-time/students/unwaged who pay before April 30th. A fee of $20 will be added to the cost of registration after this date.

Why won't the booking page accept my registration?
Online problems usually stem from people charging over their daily limit or not filling in necessary fields.

Is there a fee for late registration?
Yes, we charge an additional $20 for registrations after April 30th.

Can I register at the conference?
Yes, subject to paying the additional $20 late registration fee.

Can I cancel my registration?
Yes, you can cancel your registration and receieve your fee back until April 30th. Cancellations after this date will forfeit the registration fee.

Is the cost of accommodation included in the price of registration?
No, ac
commodation must be booked separately. You can find links to accommodation here.

Can I register with Mastercard or Visa?
You can use Mastercard or Visa, but we do not accept other cards for registration. Campus accommodation is bookable with a wider range of cards (see accommodation FAQ for details).

Do I have to pay online?
You will need to fill in the registration form online, but you can mail in your payment if you prefer.

The online form should be printed and mailed together with a check or money order in US Dollars only. For those outside of the US, these should be obtainable from any Chase or HSBC bank. Payments should be mailed to:

Where do I check in and pick up my conference pack?
Conference registration will be in the Low Library from 12 noon to 4.30pm on Friday 23rd May. Directions and instructions will be posted on the website. If you are staying on campus you can check in directly to your accommodation at Carman Hall and should receive information about this 2 weeks before the conference.

What about late arrivals?
We will keep the registration desk open in the Low Library on Friday 23rd until 7pm. People arriving on Saturday or Sunday can check in at the information desk which will be located in the Schermerhorn Building.

Is there wireless internet access on campus?

Yes, there is open-access wireless internet throughout campus, but some rooms in the Schermerhorn Building have patchy reception.

Is the campus wheelchair accessible?
There is ramp and elevator access to the conference venues, although the campus is not particularly wheelchair friendly, having a large number of steps. Additional information on campus accessibility may be found on the directions page.

Where can I print my presentation?
There are a number of copy shops close to campus where you can print, copy and scan documents. We recommend:
