Work Study Research Assistant Application Instructions

1 Confirm that you have Columbia University Workstudy Authorization with the Work study office before contacting faculty members. The Work study Office is located in 210 Philosophy Hall, phone: (212) 854-6232.

2 After you have made sure that you have Columbia University work study, you may apply directly to the faculty member you are interested in working with. To Apply for any of the jobs below, please go to the following website and follow the instructions posted there:

3 Before you start working, you must bring your "Federal Work Study
Employment Authorization Form" to Josh Sakolsky, art history
department financial assistant. Once completed, you need to return this to
the Workstudy Office for a confirmation card to give to Josh Sakolsky.
You may then begin to work.
