March 29, 2005

Paul Etienne Lincoln designs complex microcosms presided over by fantastic machines and apparatuses. Machines that obey mechanical, physical or biochemical laws with occasionally manic precision, either in order to perform humorously surreal actions, or to summon forth ephemeral poetic visions.
