Did Jesus Call Himself God?

The apostles do not ever record Jesus using the phrase, "I am God" - but they do recount instances where he said this with different words. Jesus does this in several ways:

  1. By calling himself the "I am" Is this a reference to Exodus 3:14?
  2. By calling himself "the Son of God"
  3. By accepting worship
