Emergency Mass Information for Manhattan

Overslept and forgot it was Sunday? Only remembered your Sunday obligation just before dinnertime? Or perhaps you got into church just after the Gospel reading?

All is not lost yet! Here are a few churches in Manhattan that have late masses:

Midtown

St. Patrick's Cathedral has a 5:30pm Sunday Mass.

St. Agnes (143 E. 43rd St., near Grand Central) has a 7pm Sunday mass, in addition to the 5:15pm. (A very traditional parish; confessions daily at peak hours)

Notre Dame de Lourdes (Morningside Drive and W 114th St.-- 1 block east of Amsterdam) has a 5:30pm Sunday Mass (this is the home parish of the Augustine Club)

St. Francis (135 W. 31st St, west of Penn Station) has a 6:15pm Sunday Mass, in addition to the 5:15pm. They also have confession throughout most of the day. (run by the Franciscans)
