You are allowed three excused absences. You must notify the director AND the chorus/orchestra manager prior to your absence. Three lates equal one absence. If you go over three absences, you will not be able to perform in the upcoming concert that semester.
Unexcused absenses are no longer accepted. If you miss a rehearsal without
first notifying the chorus/orchestra manager and the director, you must
schedule a meeting with the president in order to participate in future
concerts.
