Mantra Meditation

For one who has conquered the mind, the mind is the best of friends; but for one who has failed to do so, his mind will remain the greatest enemy.

- Bhagavad Gita 6.6.

Please join us as we learn to control the turbulent mind with mantra meditation.  The word "mantra" comes from the Sanskrit language and means "to deliver the mind."  A controlled mind can help us remain calm during stressful situations, become more focused and productive, and help us get in touch with our spiritual selves.
