Yoga and Meditation Retreat

Yoga and Meditation Retreats are held twice per semester. The retreat consists of:

  • 90-minute introduction to Iyengar/Vinyasa/Hatha styles of yoga
  • Mantra meditation
  • Lectures by senior monks
  • Kirtan - chanting of mantras with the accompaniment of musical instruments
  • 6-course vegetarian feast with vegan options
