Paper for Graduate Students

· Read Advanced Genetic Analysis: Finding Meaning in the Genome by Hawley and Walker (Blackwell, 2003).

· Write a 5-10 page paper on five topics that should have been covered in the course but were not. Avoid topics in the areas to be covered in the last lectures.

· Describe each topic. For each indicate what should be taught about it, where it should be placed in the syllabus, and why it should be included.

· The paper is due December 6, 2005.
