MW 10:35 - 11:50 AM in 425 Pupin Laboratories

Prerequisite: C2006 - "Introduction to Molecular and cellular Biology, II"

by Dr. Deborah Mowshowitz

Textbook:

Required: Human Physiology - An Integrated Approach

Dee Unglaub Silverthorn 1st ed. 1998, Prentice Hall

Supplement: Human Physiology - From Cells to Systems

Lauralee Sherwood 3rd ed. 1997, Wadsworth Publishing Company

There are three discussion/recitation sessions. Students will read and discuss original research papers on selected topics. These sessions are mandatory and the materials covered will be included in the exams.

Exams: There are three exams. The first exam covers lectures 1-8, the second covers lectures 9-18 and the final exam covers lectures 19-26. They count 32%, 36% and 32%, respectively, towards the final grade.
