Cheng Wang
Graduate Student
I was born in a peaceful village of southern China. In the middle school I lived in a small town, and then I went to a city for high school. After completing my undergraduate study in Beijing, now I am in a colorful metropolis. It is really exciting to experience different social forms.

I spent two years in a molecular genetics lab to study apoptosis in worms. Although the main pathway of apoptosis was discovered, there is still a long way to go before apoptosis is fully understood. So it is with other areas, especially human diseases. I am interested in using chemical and biological approaches to study the molecular mechanisms of formation and therapy of diseases.
