Eunjee Lee
Graduate Student

I was born and raised in Seoul, Korea. I graduated from Seoul National University in 2005 with B.S in biological science and in 2007 with M.S. in Bioinformatics. During Master course, I worked in a Bioinformatics and Biostatistics laboratory (BIBS) under Professor Taesung Park. I learned about analyzing microarray data such as SNPs chip and gene expression level data. In BIBS Lab., I have involved in several projects. But, my main interest is the integration analysis between heterogeneous data types, such as genotype variation, gene expression and trait data to elucidate the complex trait of human and genetic regulation of gene expression level.

My interest still lies in develop Bioinformatics method that combine computational method, functional genomics and statistics, and apply these methods to high throughput data such as genomics, proteomics and transcriptomics data to elucidate gene regulatory system under the complex trait.

In my free time, I enjoy swimming, cooking and shopping. I am very excited about coming New York City and watching musicals at Broadway.
