I received my Bs from Bilkent University Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics in Spring 2005.

During my undergraduate years I was particularly interested in cell differentiation and regulation of transcription. In total I spent six months in US and joined three labs at Harvard University, University of Pennsylvania and Baylor College of Medicine.

I am very interested in sports (except baseball!) and arts. I especially like playing squash and everything else that speeds up my heart beat. I like drawing, listening to good music, tasting good food (key word gastronomy).

Though I cannot describe myself as a complete city girl I believe I will enjoy living in NYC.
