The
Shuttle Bus leaves from the Morningside Heights campus at the same stop as the M104 uptown
bus (right next to the gates) and drops you off at the Health Sciences campus, in front of
the hospital. the Health Sciences Campus uptown. It's free and takes
10-15 minutes each way (except * bus, via Harlem Hospital, takes 30-40 minutes) The evening schedule (after 8:00) does not run in the summer. The uptown 1/9 subway also gets you there in about 10 minutes. Get out at 168th Street. There are huge public elevators with an attendant to get you up to street level, so it's safe, though a bit spooky. Late at night, it is better to take the bus home. The M4 leaves from Fort Washington, at the same stop where the Shuttle Bus waits and returns to Broadway and 116th Street. Schedule is posted at the bus stop. Takes about 20 minutes at night, longer in daytime traffic. The M5 leaves from Broadway & 168th, near the subway station, and goes down Riverside Drive. |
