Boxing begins after the running

Don't be shocked if you arrive on time and the room is still locked up.
The boxers' will come, we're warming up.
Running laps, forwards and also backwards
Doing pull-ups, all by yourself, or with the assister, or with Noah
Running up and down those stairs.

After in the room there's jump ropes and push ups
and remembering names.

Then you get the gloves and the wraps and you punch
This isn't kick-boxing either, or some aerobics nonsense.
But it's fun times and a good work out.
