Course Description Introduction to the distinctive aesthetic traditions of China, Japan, and Korea--their similarities and differences--through an examiniation of the visual and cultural significance of selected works. A survey of masterpieces of painting, sculpture, architecture, and other arts in relation to the history, culture, and religions of East Asia.
