Course Description Prerequisites: BIOL BC1500, BIOL BC1501, BIOL BC1502, BIOL BC1503 or equivalent. Introduction to animal behavior; physiological bases of behavior (sensory systems, neurophysiology of behavior, appetitive and reproductive behavior), ethological approaches to behavior (communication, territoriality, dominance, and aggression) and evolution of behavior (behavior genetics, behavioral ecology, sociobiology).
