Course Description Skills to facilitate entry into biology and chemistry research. Students will learn to think and work like scientists and to identify, apply for and gain entry to research lab groups.  Focus on writing and oral presentation skills. Additional readings and discussions on laboratory safety, women in science, and scientific ethics. Prerequisites:  Students must be sophomores with a strong interest in pursuing research in the biological or chemical sciences.
