Course Description This course will make students familiar with basic concepts and practices in statistics. In a series of hands-on computer exercises of increasing complexity, student will learn the basics of the R language, and use it to perform various types of data analysis. The applications will be drawn from functional genomics. No prior computer programming experience or statistics knowledge are assumed.
